My goal in working with clients is to work collaboratively to enhance their effectiveness and ability to function up to their potential. Whether an individual, a couple or an organization, we first create a relationship based on trust. After determining the challenges to achieving enhanced performance, we establish specific goals and strategies for moving towards those goals.

Utilizing therapy techniques based on sound research, I work with my clients to move towards clearly identified goals. These may include abstinence from addictive behaviors, freedom from disabling anxiety, reduction in depression, improvement in relationship satisfaction, enhanced effectiveness in the workplace, etc.

In addition to work with individuals and couples, I also actively work as a consultant to executives, business owners, and organizations. Applying many of the same principles of behavior change and performance enhancement, I help them to achieve new success.”

Helping your family and business to continued success in business, in family, and as individuals.
